Activities all year – round

Saija is worth visiting; in winter and summer. In the summer, the forests around Saija are excellent for hiking and biking. The large lake Jokijärvi and one of the idyllic rivers are perfect to explore by rowingboats of canoes on you own or during one of our guided tours.

Our region guarantees sufficient snow during the winter time. Leading directly from the hotel there are approximately 25 km prepared and marked cross country tracks, which are at disposal for our guests. We also offer our guests lots of guided tours with dog sledge, snow mobile or snowshoes.

Do you prefer individual trips into the nature or would you like to explore the nature with a guide? You can rent various sport equipment or participate at guided daytrips.
